Energy drinks producer Red Bull is putting up a fierce fight to hold on to its distinctive blue and silver logo. Anyone thinking of using the same colours on their drink cans can count on a swift reaction from the company, which recently took on B52, the trade mark of a subsidiary of beer-maker Bavaria. The case is shortly due to be heard by the district court in Amsterdam.
