Bullit Loses

Energy drink Bullit has lost an opposition against the European registration of the wordmark Bulletproofbuilt — also for an energy drink. According to the European trademark office, the two marks are too different from each other. Bullit is owned by Red Bull GmbH. Perhaps they would have been better off using their world-famous Red Bull trademark with its broad protection scope?
