Subjective
So you see: it’s not easy to anticipate which way things end up. At Chiever, we deal with these types of conflicts daily and based on our experience we can predict fairly well whether there is trademark infringement or not. But admittedly: we are wrong sometimes because ‘similarity’ remains a subjective concept. To be honest, I never would have guessed number 1.
