The SIB Subsidy offers Dutch SMEs the opportunity to have 50% of the costs for international trademark or design registration, trademark research, or advice reimbursed, up to a maximum of €2,500. For registration in multiple countries, this can increase to €6,500. To qualify, your company must:
- Be based in the Netherlands.
- Have no more than 250 employees.
- Have an annual turnover of no more than €50 million or a balance sheet total under €43 million.
- Be a legal entity registered with the Chamber of Commerce (KvK).
Sole proprietorships, general partnerships (VOFs), and partnerships are excluded from this subsidy.
