Replace TomTom hands?
For example, we accidentally came across a recent European trademark application from the mapping and navigation company TomTom, which was applied for on 15 September 2022. A modern, powerful logo and a new font style for TomTom. Would this brand replace the old, well-known logo with the hands? It seems so, but it remains speculation.
Doubt
However, doubts arose when we suddenly came across an application for trademark registration of TomTom in Australia during some further investigation. In April this year, TomTom applied for protection for yet another logo with a blue background.
Stop
It may be time to stop speculating and wait and see what happens in the coming months.
